Ballistic protective vest "Balanced-4.9"

A standard undergarment set consists of:

• ballistic packages
• Shock absorber heart + spine
• 1 x interchangeable cover (white, black or black-blue - specify when ordering!)
• 1 x carrying and storage bag, black
• optional stab protection packages for a surcharge

The model offered here is a ballistic protective vest construction SK1 according to German TR 03/2008 or test level 3 and special ammunition according to VPAM - APR 2006 made of para-aramid fabric and scrim.

The ballistic structure has a basis weight of approx. 5.3 kg/m². The structure consists of a special fine aramid fabric, an aramid fleece and an aramid fabric and, in addition to the low basis weight, also has a low thickness with high flexibility.

Basically, we offer female officers a molded vest construction in the front area to improve the adjustment, especially with large cup sizes. Practice has shown that a large number of female officers opt for a smooth vest structure in the front area and that a soft ballistic front package only makes sense from a cup size C or D. The structure is welded into a watertight and lightproof cover.

Pockets are attached to the ballistic inserts, into which the shock absorbers for the heart and spine are inserted.

The interchangeable cover has a thermophysiological material on the side facing the body = special spacer fabric made of Coolmax®. The material offers the wearer extremely high wearing comfort over a longer period of time, absorbs the wearer's body moisture, transports it away from the wearer and ensures an air circulation effect. This structure can easily be worn daily without the wearer feeling uncomfortable. Thanks to the rubber/velcro fasteners on the side of the UZSW, the wearer can adjust the vest individually. The wearer can close and open the vest both forwards and backwards (depending on the philosophy). The interchangeable cases can be washed at 40°C after removing the ballistic inserts and can be dried in the dryer at reduced heat, max. 60°C.

OPTIONALLY, a stab protection can be incorporated into the ballistic system. The stab protection system is a ring mesh applied to a needle felt sewn into the same shell material as the ballistics. The stab protection structure weighs approx. 4.60 kg/m² and is extremely flexible. The stab protection is sewn into the cover material in such a way that a second pocket is created into which the ballistics can be inserted to stabilize the stab protection. This system combination is then in turn pushed into the interchangeable cover. Due to its instability, the stab protection cannot be worn without ballistics, as body movements would cause it to "slip down".
Of course, the ballistics and the stab protection are clearly marked so that the superstructures cannot be mixed up or incorrectly inserted into the interchangeable case. The side of the body is also clearly marked so that the outside and inside are not mixed up when inserted into the outer casing. The ballistic UZSW and all cases are supplied in a carrying and storage bag. There is a transparent labeling compartment on the outside of the bag. A product guide and care instructions are included with each bag.
